    Dr Sharad Ramchandra Kamble is a PhD‑qualified microbiologist with 18 years of experience across pharmaceutical, biotech, and industrial microbiology. He founded MicrologicX Laboratories to bring science‑driven hygiene audits to food businesses in Leeds.

    Founder and Lead Microbiologist

    Dr Sharad Ramchandra Kamble is a highly experienced microbiologist with 18 years of professional expertise across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, fermentation, and industrial microbiology sectors. He holds a PhD in Life Sciences (Biomedical Sciences & Pharmacy) from the University of Bradford and has worked in senior scientific and leadership roles both in the UK and internationally.

    Throughout his career, Dr Kamble has led QC/QA microbiology functions, managed fermentation quality control, overseen culture collection systems, and supported regulatory compliance for a wide range of microbiology‑driven products and processes. He has also supervised teams of microbiologists and implemented cGMP, GLP, QAMS, and regulatory frameworks aligned with major global standards.

    His earlier experience spans medical device validation, fermentation R&D, antibiotic and probiotic scale‑up, and diagnostic microbiology in clinical laboratory settings. This broad background has given him deep expertise in environmental monitoring, pathogen detection, fermentation microbiology, assay development, cleanroom microbiology, and regulatory compliance.

    Dr Kamble founded MicrologicX Laboratories to provide high‑quality, science‑driven hygiene audits and microbiology services to food businesses across Leeds and West Yorkshire. His mission is to bring laboratory‑level expertise directly to local manufacturers, caterers, and food producers through reliable testing, clear reporting, and practical recommendations.
